随着国家对交通基础设施建设投入的加大,高速公路建设里程每年都在不断增长。然而,在建设过程中,管理者往往只重视项目的投资控制、工程进度、质量安全及通车目标等环节,却对通车后效益问题重视不够。本文通过对某区域高速公路路段效益现状的分析,论述了提高区域高速公路效益的若干设想,为深化效益性的认识提供对策与建议。
With the increase of national investment in transportation infrastructure construction, the mileage of expressway construction keeps growing every year. However, in the process of construction, managers often only attach importance to the project’s investment control, project progress, quality and safety and the opening of traffic targets and other links, but pay insufficient attention to the issue of the post-opening benefit. Based on the analysis of the present situation of expressway section benefits in a certain area, this paper discusses some assumptions on improving the benefits of expressway sections in the region, and provides countermeasures and suggestions for deepening the understanding of benefits.
