为探索全科医疗站可持续发展的可行性,我们就甘肃全科医疗站建站以来的经济状况进行了调查,现报告如下:1 经济状况分析经过两年来不断探索、实践,并随着综合卫生服务的拓展和深入,我院的全科医疗站由亏损逐渐向盈亏平衡转化(见附表)。2 社会效益分析全科医疗站坚持良好的服务态度,保持对病人认真负责的医疗作风,强调同病人建立良好的医患关系,这是全科医疗以“个人为中心”的基本特点,同时也是深受社区居民欢迎的根本原因。
In order to explore the feasibility of the sustainable development of general medical stations, we investigated the economic conditions of Gansu General Medical Station since the establishment of the station. The current report is as follows: 1 The economic situation analysis has been continuously explored, practiced, and developed with comprehensive health for two years. With the expansion and deepening of services, the general medical stations in our hospital have gradually shifted from losses to breakeven (see attached table). 2 Social Benefit Analysis The general medical station adheres to a good service attitude, maintains a serious and responsible medical style for the patient, and emphasizes establishing a good doctor-patient relationship with the patient. This is the basic characteristic of “personal-centered” general medicine, and it is also The root cause of the popularity among community residents.
