“十二五”时期,建设高素质的企业经营管理人才队伍,能够提升我国产业竞争力,调控我国经济发展。本文从多个方面分析了国企经营管理人才选拔和培养机制的现状,如:年龄结构、专业领域、职称配备等,并根据当前国家人才建设的相关政策和法规,在创新国企经营管理人才选拔、培养机制上提出了相关建议措施,以期能够促进国企经营管理人才建设的步伐。
“Twelve-five ” period, building high-quality management team of enterprises, to enhance China’s industrial competitiveness, regulating China’s economic development. This article analyzes the status quo of the selection and training mechanism of state-owned enterprises in terms of various aspects, such as age structure, professional fields and professional titles. According to the relevant national policies and regulations on talent construction, Relevant suggestions and measures are put forward on the training mechanism so as to promote the pace of building management personnel in state-owned enterprises.
