一、问题的提出: 当代排球运动员身高处于相对稳定阶段。要取得网上高度。必须提高运动员的弹跳以提高绝对高度。因而教练员们纷纷对提高弹跳力训练手段与方法进行专题研究。已成热门课题。而青少年的弹跳力训练手段与方法。更是首当其中。本文试根据身体训练专业理论原理及经验采取“杠铃箭步抓举法”进行试验。以期取得较好效果。二、研究对象和方法: (一)研究对象:芜湖市12名少年女子排球队员。用随机分组法分为试验组6名队员和对照组6名队员。队员基本情况
