卫生检验中,一项新实验方法的建立,须确定其最佳实验方案,才能在实际工作中得以推广应用。正交试验能在许多的条件下,选出最有代表的因素,并能通过少次数的试验,获得满意的实验方案。 1 正交试验设计——主要因素的拟定 在试验的基础上选定因素,确定水平,以正交表L_(25)~((5~6))辅以L_9~((3~4))、L_4((2~3))、L_8~(((4~1)×(2~4)))等安排试验。经第一轮试验确定主要因素,然后对主要因素的水平进行分析。
