目的观察自配药治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效,并与西瓜霜喷剂治疗口腔溃疡的疗效作比较。方法将我院2009年1月～2010年6月收治的56例口腔溃疡患者根据治疗方法的不同随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,观察组给予自配药治疗,对照组给予西瓜霜喷剂治疗,观察比较两组的疗效及溃疡愈合情况。结果两组所有患者均连续治疗7d,其中观察组总有效率为92.9%;对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自配药治疗口腔溃疡的疗效明显优于西瓜霜喷剂治疗口腔溃疡,值得临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-formulated oral ulcer and to compare the efficacy of watermelon frost spray in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods 56 cases of oral ulcer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods. The observation group was given self-medication, while the control group was given watermelon cream spray Agent treatment, observed and compared the curative effect of the two groups and ulcer healing. Results All patients in both groups were treated for 7 consecutive days. The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.9%. The total effective rate in the control group was 75.0%. The total effective rate was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of self-formulated oral ulcer is better than that of watermelon frost spray in the treatment of oral ulcer, which deserves wide application in clinic.
