近几年来,全国范围内开展了2000年经济、科技.社会发展和国土规划工作,林业系统也正在研究编制中长期规划。其中森林覆盖率是林业方面一项重要的规划指标。它既反映国土的生态状况,也是林业部门一个重要奋斗目标,所以不断引起人们的关注和争议。特别是“三北”防护林体系建设和长江中上游防护林体系建设总体规划的编制,更促成必须尽快对这个问题作出回答。据此,我们收集了大量资料,从不同角度,采用多种方法,对陕西森林覆盖率进行了研究,现报告如下。
In recent years, the work of economy, science and technology, social development and land planning in the country has been carried out throughout the country. The forestry system is also studying the preparation of mid- and long-term plans. Among them, forest coverage is an important planning indicator in forestry. It not only reflects the ecological status of the land, but also an important goal of the forestry sector, so continue to attract the attention and controversy. In particular, the preparation of the overall plan for the “Three Norths” shelterbelt system and the construction of the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River shelterbelt system has prompted an urgent reply to this question. Based on this, we collected a large amount of information and used various methods to study the forest coverage in Shaanxi from different perspectives. The report is as follows.
