建筑发展到今天,似乎很难再从地域角度加以划分,民俗性和地方性的特色已被商业交流淹没,其方向也似乎单一而迷惘……同时,一些优秀的建筑已超越使用上的功能而参与到精神领域的活动,制造与生产已不再是建筑的动词,灵气逼人的创造处处可见。最近二十年的广州,变化之大,发展之快,面貌之新,最突出最鲜明最直观最生动的表现就是居住与建筑形态的变化。这些建筑形式的兴起与演变,人居文化的传承与进化,城市重心的变迁与扩张,甚至地产开发主体力量格局的交替与兴衰,都无不记载和浓缩了广州几十年、几百年甚至上千年的城市变迁史、建筑演变史和人居文化发展史。为全面、深入、客观总结回顾广州地产二十年的辉煌历程,展示广州城建与居住文明发展的巨大成就,7月26日,“广州地产二十年”系列活动之一的“建筑规划设计沙龙”在广州市城市规划勘测设计研究院举行。亲历广州房地产发展历程的专家学者讲述了二十年间的行内趣事,并就《广州地产二十年》之规划和建筑卷的内容提出了编撰意见和指导。房地产导刊社、广州日报社和搜房网联合报道了这次活动。
