The creation of British romantic female poets transcends the bondage of patriarchal culture to women and expounds their own political discourse with a broad field of vision and radical narrative: they are pagans who desire the liberation of their minds and personal wills from passing out in their poems Protestant traditions of rebel ideology; they are radical warriors in support of the revolution, full of revolutionary passion and lack of optimistic spirit of idealism; they are the advocates of democracy and freedom, women’s rights struggle for support abolitionist movement. The rebellious, radical and free political discourse of female poets embodies their concern about social reality and their grasp of the spirit of the times, which is one of the reasons why British romantic women ’s poems gradually became more and more classic in the present western world.
