文化自信是对文化的作用及其生命力、创造力、影响力的深度认同和执着信念。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在关于文化发展繁荣的系列重要论述中,多次强调文化自信问题,把对它的认识提升到了一个新的高度、新的境界。他指出:“中国有坚定的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信,其本质是建立在5000多年文明传承基础上的文化自信。”这对我们加深对文化发展规律的认识,坚定中国特色社会主义的信念,以文化的力量助推中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的实现,提供了强有力的指引。
