重庆市人民政府令第301号《重庆市钓鱼城遗址保护办法》已经2016年1月29日市人民政府第116次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2016年3月1日起施行。市长黄奇帆2016年2月18日第一条为加强对钓鱼城遗址的保护,根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》《重庆市实施〈中华人民共和国文物保护法〉办法》和有关法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条钓鱼城遗址的保护适用本办法。本办法所称钓鱼城遗址,是指位于重庆市合川区东城半岛的钓鱼城古战场遗址及其他历代文物古迹
