以周麦19为受体的08T1-27、08T1-45、08T1-47(3)和以郑麦9023为受体的转玉米pepc基因的T4代四个纯合转基因材料和(对照)受体材料为供试材料,在大田群体条件下研究了转基因小麦的光合生理特性,获得以下研究结果:1.抽穗期、开花期、花后5天、花后10天、花后15天和花后20天转基因材料与对照的PEPC酶活性的测定结果表明,不同生育时期转基因材料和对照的酶活性变化趋势均表现为开花期>抽穗期>灌浆期,且转基因材料的酶活性显著高于对照材料。08T1-27、08T1-45、08
