该文以山西省煤矿区作为研究对象,通过对平朔安太堡露天煤矿、潞安矿务局及其它矿区的典型调查,在结合前人研究成果以及借鉴国内外的经验基础上,提出了山西省煤矿区土地复垦管理五方面问题.针对山西省的实际和这些存在的问题,充分利用现有资料,用类比的方法、理论分析的方法等,提出了具体的解决方法.
