为提高贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄的品质,本试验以“赤霞珠”(Vitis viniferal L. Cabernet Sauvignon)葡萄为试材,研究不同树体负载量处理对“赤霞珠”葡萄植株矿质元素含量、叶片的光合作用以及果实品质的影响,结果表明:1.本次试验中,葡萄果实的百粒重与葡萄的负载量成反比:叶片中叶绿素含量随着负载量的提高而升高:叶片的净光合速率随着葡萄的负载量的升高而升高。2.“厂”字整形方式下,0.5 kg/cm2的葡萄叶片中N、P元素的含量显著高于对照,0.75 kg/cm2负载量处理的葡萄叶片中N含量显著低于对照中葡萄叶片N含量。对照叶片中K元素含量显著高于“独龙蔓”葡萄叶片中K元素含量。“独龙蔓”的葡萄叶片中Ca、Mg元素含量显著高于对照葡萄叶片中Ca、Mg元素含量,0.5 kg/cm2、0.75 kg/cm2负载量葡萄叶片中Ca、Mg含量显著高于对照葡萄叶片中Ca、Mg元素含量。3.本试验中,在“厂”字整形方式下,葡萄叶片中Fe元素含量显著高于“独龙蔓”的葡萄叶片中Fe元素含量,且随着负载量的增加而显著降低。0.25 kg/cm2、0.5 kg/cm2叶片中Mn元素含量显著高于“独龙蔓”叶片的Mn含量,0.75 kg/cm2负载量与“独龙蔓”差别不大。0.25 kg/cm2、 0.5 kg/cm2、0.75 kg/cm2的葡萄叶片中Zn元素负载量显著高于“独龙蔓”,且随着负载量的增加而降低。4.不同处理葡萄果实中N元素含量有升高的趋势,但无显著性差异。 “厂”字整形方式下,不同处理葡萄果实中P含量随着负载量的增加而降低。不同处理,葡萄果实中K含量随负载量的增加而降低。5.果实中Ca会随着负载量的增加而降低,且不同处理之间差异显著,而果实中Mg、Fe无明显规律。果实Mn、Zn会随着负载量的增加而降低。对于赤霞珠葡萄果实的品质,在“厂”字形下,赤霞珠葡萄可溶性糖、单宁和总酚含量随着负载量的升高而降低。综合叶片的光合作用、叶片和果实中元素的含量以及果实的品质,赤霞珠葡萄在“厂”字整形方式下以0.5 kg/cm2负载量为适宜水平。
