该论文系统地研究了磷酸镁骨水泥(MPC)的合成工艺、理化性能、产物组成、反应机理、缓凝机理及抗水机理,并开展了动物实验.结果表明,体系的凝结时间可控制在8~15min,放热所达最高温度可控制在50℃以下,体系早期强度高,0.5hr时的抗压强度为35MPa,远期抗压强度稳定且可保持在85MPa以上,材料与骨头的粘结强度为3.95MPa,材料抗水性能好,毒性低,生物相容性高.诸多优良特性使MPC有望用于不稳定骨折特别是小块粉碎性骨折的粘结固定及人工关节假体的镶嵌固定.
