乙烯作为一种气态激素不仅在植物的生长发育过程中起着重要作用。本研究通过外施乙烯利和乙烯抑制剂改变棉花的乙烯信号通路来研究乙烯在棉花与黄萎病互作中的作用,并对接种黄萎病后一个在海陆之间的表达差异非常明显的乙烯应答因子GbERF1进行了功能研究,取得的主要结果如下:1、研究发现接菌前对棉花喷施一定浓度的乙烯利可以增强海岛棉和陆地棉对黄萎病的抗性。乙烯在陆地棉与黄萎病的互作中扮演着双重角色:接菌之后喷施乙烯会使陆地棉更感黄萎病,而接菌前适当浓度的乙烯处理则会增强抗病性。2、GbERF1与拟
