水稻(Oryza sativa L.)是重要的粮食作物之一,全世界50%以上的人口是以稻米为主食。随着水稻全基因组测序工作的完成,利用水稻突变体进行基因克隆及功能研究,已成为一种有效的方法。穗形是水稻的重要外部形态特征之一,由穗轴、一次枝梗、二次枝梗、小穗梗及小穗等部分构成,已成为水稻遗传研究和理想株型育种的重点之一。本研究对穗形相关的小穗梗弯曲突变体(bpbl, bent pedicel branch1)和密穗突变体(DP2, dense panicle2)进行了形态特征鉴定和基因定位。主要研究结
