针对市场对织物防皱整理剂的需求和该类整理剂的发展现状,该文研究了具有防皱效果的水溶性聚氨酯整理剂的合成.该实验采用本体聚合法合成,减少了溶剂法合成中一些繁琐的步骤,也可以大幅度降低成本.经过丝绸防皱整理试验,表明该整理剂能有效地改善丝织物的湿态弹性,湿态弹性回复角(经+纬)能从200度左右增到300度;经整理后的丝织物白度、强度无明显下降;选择出了较佳的催化剂A,实验结果还表明该催化剂能改善整理丝织物的白度.整理过的丝绸经洗涤五次后弹性下降约3﹪,表示经整理剂整理过丝绸耐洗性较好.水性聚氨酯整理剂防皱机理主要是水溶性PU整理剂与丝纤维之间的交联作用.该文最后对羊毛防缩水进行了初步实验,结果该整理剂对羊毛防缩水也有所贡献,这一点还需进一步深入研究.
