通过沉淀-热处理方法制备了系列Zn_(0.8)Cd_(0.2)S固溶体,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis DRS)、室温光致发光光谱(PL)对其结构组成、可见光吸收性能、光生电子-空穴分离效率以及亲水性能等物理化学性质进行了表征,并探讨了热处理条件对固溶体材料可见光催化水分解产氢性能的影响。研究结果表明,与未经热处理的Zn_(0.8)Cd_(0.2)S固溶体纳米颗粒相比,经200℃水热处理的样品,其光生电子-空穴
