大豆是我国重要的油料作物,需水量较多,是豆类作物中对水分胁迫较为敏感的一种。近年来随着全球气候变暖,旱灾频发,水分亏缺已经成为限制大豆产量和品质的重要因素。喷施植物生长调节剂是缓解大豆干旱胁迫,降低因水分亏缺引起的大豆产量损失的有效途径之一。本研究以南农99-6(Glycine max var. Nannong99-6)和科丰1号(Glycine max var. Kefeng1)为材料,通过盆栽试验研究了三唑酮对花期干旱和旱后复水条件下大豆生长、生理特性和产量的影响,以明确三唑酮预处理对不同干旱程
