新农村文化建设是一项综合性工程。在新的历史阶段,经济发展是根本,文化建设是关键,两者相辅相成。虽然我国在农村文化建设的进程中取得了不少的成绩,但仍然存在着许多问题,比如农民基础教育薄弱等,这些都要求我国各级政府和社会各界给予高度的重视,并且提供可供实施解决这些问题的方法和手段,使其成为一个社会主义的新型农村。
