提高气体分馏装置分馏效果的研究

气体分馏装置是催化裂化液化气分离的装置,主要生产丙烯、丙烷、碳四馏份,分馏塔是该装置的核心.该文针对茂名石化实华股份有限公司第一套气体分馏装置存在的丙烯收率低、丙烯、丙烷质量达不到要求等问题,应用Aspen plus流程模拟软件对全装置的分馏效果进行模拟计算和运用TRAY3.0对主要塔设备进行水力学核算,分析认为影响该装置分离效果的主要因素是丙烯塔(F1浮阀塔)的液相流通能力严重不足.通过对国内气体分馏技术和分离设备的研究,决定在不改变原丙烯塔的板间距和塔径的情况下,采用具有大的降液管面积及强的液相流通能力的SUPERFRAC塔盘,并同时进行适当的工艺流程改造.工程实践表明,经过适当的工艺优化和塔盘改造,装置处理量提高到10×10<4>t/a,内烯纯度提高到98.05﹪,比原来提高1.29﹪;丙烷纯度91.31﹪,比原来提高34.86﹪/;丙烯拔出率达98.50﹪,比原来提高15.13﹪;经济效益达438.01万元.
