甘蓝型油菜抗寒资源筛选及抗寒性机理研究

低温是影响植物生长发育,限制作物生长范围的一个关键的非生物胁迫因素。油菜是我国重要的油料作物,在其生长发育过程中常常遭受低温胁迫。低温胁迫最为有效的解决方法就是对现有品种的抗寒性进行遗传改良,但抗寒育种的首要条件是获得有用的种质资源。本研究通过建立一个甘蓝型油菜的抗寒性鉴定方法,获得了一批抗寒性差异显著的极端材料;通过对两个极端材料在低温胁迫前后的各项生理指标进行测定,解析甘蓝型油菜响应低温的生理调控机制;利用Illumina Hi-Seq4000高通量测序平台,在转录组水平分析不同抗寒能力油菜品种
