酸、铝对银杏幼树生长的效应研究

本试验采用U207均匀设计方案,研究酸、铝对银杏幼树生长的效应,为在南方降低酸、铝毒害,推广银杏种植提供理论依据。试验结果表明: 1.酸、铝胁迫严重影响银杏植株的生长。银杏的鲜重增长量、叶增长量、总根长,含水量都随酸、铝胁迫程度增加而降低。 2.在pH>4.0时,低浓度的铝(0.2mmol/L)却有利于银杏植株的生长,使其生长性状有所提高。而高浓度的铝对银杏有毒害作用,在pH为4.5~5.5间的试验范围内,能耐铝浓度可达0.4mmol/L。 3.酸、铝影响植株对铝、钙等元素的吸收及其在植物体内的转运和分布。在同一酸度下,铝浓度较高(0.5~1.2mmol/L)时不仅影响银杏根系对铝、钙的吸收,还严重抑制了这两种元素向地上部转运,以至于沉积在根部,银杏根部的铝含量可达地上部的近十倍。单用酸处理时主要影响植株对铝、钙的吸收,对植株的转运能力影响不显著。 4.银杏最初受害部位和最严重受害部位都为根部。从外表看根最先表现出新根变形、肿胀、发褐,处理浓度大者停止生长。对整个根系来说:新根少,颜色变深,甚至于死根烂根,从而影响地上部的生长。
