细胞质雄性不育三种杂种的选育是油菜杂种优势利用主要途径.目前,生产上得到大面积应用的油菜细胞质雄性不育类型主要有Pol CMS、陕2A CMS和MI CMS.对于前两者的研究较为深入,而对MI CMS细胞质雄性不育恢复性的遗传及其可能得用途径则研究较少,但是MI CMS系统雄性不育三系杂种已有三个品种通过审定,表现出较大的增产潜力,因此有必要对其进行深入研究.该文主要利用MI CMS系统双低不育系宁A6及其相应保持系、恢复系和大量测交亲本,对MI CMS系统恢复性的遗传、恢复基因的等位性、恢复系的细胞质育性及优良恢复系的筛选方法等进行了系统的研究.
