大豆品质性状作图群体的构建及种子蛋白和脂肪含量QTLs的SSR标记分析

大豆富含蛋白质(40%左右)和油脂(约20%),既是重要的油料作物,也是优质植物蛋白的主要来源。目前我国生产上缺乏高油和高蛋白大豆品种,迫切需要利用现代分子育种技术改良现有大豆品种的油脂和蛋白品质。大豆的这两个性状都属于多基因控制的数量性状,对其数量性状位点进行分析和定位,在育种应用上具有重要意义。本研究通过构建大豆脂肪和蛋白质含量的双品质性状作图群体,利用BSA方法和PCR技术鉴定筛选出与这两个目标性状QTLs相关的SSR标记,试图用于大豆品质性状的分子改良。主要结论如下:
