本文通过选取截至2006年底完成股改并已披露股改以后股权结构的32家钢铁板块公司为样本进行了实证研究,发现股改后大股东股权集中度呈现下降趋势以及大股东之间股权制衡关系得到加强,这有利于改善我国一股独大,股权过于集中的状况。而股权结构是公司治理结构的重要基础,如何以股权分置改革为契机,通过优化股权结构,设计出符合我国国情的公司治理模式,值得深入研究。
This paper conducts an empirical study of 32 steel companies that completed the share reform as of the end of 2006 and disclosed the shareholding structure after the share reform and found that the ownership concentration of large shareholders showed a declining trend and the balance of shareholders’ This is conducive to improving China’s situation of a dominance and over-concentration of ownership. However, ownership structure is an important foundation of corporate governance structure. How to design a corporate governance model that is in line with China’s national conditions by optimizing the ownership structure is worthy of further study.
