轴径向反应器是应用于化工行业的一种新兴技术,已经在合成氨装置的氨合成塔上得到应用.赤天化和云天化是世界上最早将轴径向反应器用于变换炉改造的大型合成氨厂家,经过几年的实际运行,已取得了显著的经济效益;但由于缺乏相应的理论说明,所以这项技术在变换炉上的应用还未得到充分的重视和推广.该文以赤天化轴向变换炉改造为轴径向变换炉为例,首次从理论上对轴向和轴径向变换炉分别建立数学模型来措述流体在变换炉内的流动状态,并从不同角度对比优劣.
