紫花与白花桔梗种质资源的比较分析

本研究以紫花桔梗白花桔梗为材料,调查了种子性状、地上部主要农艺性状、根部性状及有效成分含量。结果表明:它们之间大部分种子性状和部分地上部性状以及有效成分含量含量上有明显差异;而在根部性状上无明显差异。在种子性状方面白花桔梗中除了个别种质资源之外,种子长度、宽度和千粒质量均小于紫花桔梗。在种子厚度方面,紫、白花桔梗间无明显差异。在地上部农艺性状中,紫、白花桔梗的株高和茎粗无明显差异;主茎叶数、分枝数、茎叶鲜重等紫花桔梗明显高于白花桔梗的趋势。在根部性状中,白花桔梗除
