利用非传统水资源Hymec膜栽培生菜的研究

作为无土栽培核心的营养液对水的依赖性强,利用非传统水资源配制营养液不仅能够扩大无土栽培水源,还能降低生产成本,因而具有广阔的前景。但是非传统水资源中的不利因素限制了其在无土栽培上的应用,而Hymec膜栽培植株的根系与营养液非直接接触可减少营养液中不利因素对植株生长的影响,因此利用非传统水资源Hymec膜栽培蔬菜的研究将为非传统水资源在农业上的应用提供一条新途径。本文以意大利耐抽薹生菜为试材,采用Hymec膜栽培方式,分别研究了营养液浓度、海水浓度、重金属污水对生菜生长和品质等的影响。主要研究结果如下:1.在一定浓度范围内(<6倍),Hymec膜栽培生菜的株高随营养液浓度升高而逐渐增加,当浓度≥6倍时株高下降;2倍营养液浓度处理生菜的地上部鲜重和含水量最大,4倍和6倍营养液浓度处理最小;硝酸盐含量随营养液浓度升高而逐渐增加,6倍营养液浓度处理的硝酸盐、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素含量最高;生菜体内的P含量也随营养液浓度升高而增加,2倍营养液浓度处理生菜体内K含量最高。综合生长和品质考虑,Hymec膜栽培生菜以2倍营养液浓度为最好。2.不同浓度海水营养液均显著抑制了水培生菜生长,且随海水浓度升高受抑制程度加剧,50%、75%海水营养液水培生菜出现不同程度枯死;根系受抑制程度较地上部轻;10%、25%海水营养液显著降低了水培生菜体内的P、K含量。表明不同浓度海水营养液均对水培生菜造成了伤害,不同浓度、不同部位伤害程度不同。3.Hymec膜栽培提高了10%海水营养液处理生菜体内的P、K含量,减轻了海水营养液对生菜生长的伤害,株高、叶宽、叶片数、地上部鲜重、干重增加,除可溶性糖和硝酸盐外生菜品质与无海水处理差异不显著。当海水浓度达到25%时生菜生长受到显著抑制,且随海水浓度升高受抑制程度加剧,75%海水处理生菜出现一定程度枯死。表明利用Hymec膜栽培可减轻一定浓度海水营养液对生菜的伤害。4.Hymec膜在很大程度上减少了pb2+和Cd2+进入生菜体内,促进了生菜对P、K的吸收,缓解了重金属离子对生菜的伤害,株高、最大叶长、叶宽、地上部鲜重、含水量均显著高于人工复合重金属污水水培生菜。这表明Hymec膜起到了物理性屏障的作用。
