In this paper I argue that Russian real estate is worth investing to and propose REITas the most optimal indirect investment tool entering Russian real estate market. RealEstate Investment Trust - corporation or trust that uses the pooled capital of manyinvestors to purchase and manage income property (equity REIT) or self-developingconstruction projects (construction REIT).I see the purpose of this paper as a goal ofincreasing acknowledgment and proximityof Russian real estate market, deepening the understanding of its structure, risks andshowing why REIT is the most suitable investment tool for Chinese investors.
