干旱胁迫对烤烟形态结构、主要生理指标及化学成分的影响

本试验采用随机区组设计,在盆栽防雨控水条件下,通过设置对照(CK)、轻度干旱、中度干旱和严重干旱四个处理,研究干旱胁迫对烤烟成熟期细胞组织结构、主要农艺性状、叶绿素含量、光合能力、硝酸还原酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性等主要生理指标以及总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、蛋白质等主要化学成分的影响,拟阐明烤烟对干旱胁迫的反应及适应性,为烤烟抗旱及节水灌溉提供理论依据。试验结果表明:(1)成熟期干旱胁迫影响烤烟的正常生长发育,可导致烟叶栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度变小,单位长度栅栏组织细胞数变少
