OsMADS59、OsDDL基因的水稻转化及OsMADS59在OsTFL2 RNAi转基因水稻中的表达分析

【摘要】

：

植物的生长发育过程受到众多基因的调控作用的影响。在拟南芥开花调控网络中,开花抑制基因FLC处于枢纽地位。FLC属于MADS盒基因。在水稻基因组中,和拟南芥FLC同源性最高的是OsMADS59。鉴于生物进化的保守性和拟南芥FLC基因的重要功能,研究OsMADS59在水稻中的功能及它与其它开花调控基因的关系,具有重要意义。本研究利用农杆菌介导法,将OsMADS59过表达和RNAi载体转化入水稻植株,为
