该文针对东北制药总厂氯霉素硝基废水危害严重、多年悬而未决的难题,采用炉渣吸附—微电解—生物氧化的方法对其进行了全面细致的研究.炉渣吸附实验分静态实验、动态实验和模拟生产实验三部分进行,通过静态正交实验,考查了pH值、搅拌速度、炉渣量和吸附时间等因素对实验的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,通过动态实验和模拟生产实验得出了炉渣吸附法对硝基废水中COD<,Cr>的去除率为21.78﹪,硝基物的去除率为66.90﹪,COD<,Cr>的吸附容量为33.7g/Kg,硝基物的吸附容量为7.36g/Kg等主要技术参数.实验结果表明,炉渣吸附—微电解—生物氧化的方法对高浓度氯霉素硝基废水中主要污染物具有较大程度的去除,处理结果达到了环保局要求的国家三级排放标准.该文对废水处理费用作了分析,处理每吨水的药剂费用为0.486元,并进行了相关的理论分析.该文为东北制药总厂氯霉素硝基废水治理工程提供了理论基础和充足的实验数据,为治理氯霉素硝基废水开辟了新的途径.
