目的 探讨D二聚体（D-D）检测在小儿呼吸道感染性疾病诊断中的价值。方法 以200例呼吸道感染患儿为对象,以同期200例健康儿童为对照组。检测D-D,分析其诊断小儿肺部疾病的价值。根据患儿的感染类型分为上呼吸道感染组（n=65）、支气管炎组（n=42）、支气管肺炎组（n=93）。分析D-D鉴别不同感染类型的效能。结果观察组D-D水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。ROC曲线分析显示D-D诊断小儿呼吸道
