The collapse of the Soviet Union and the former socialist alliance was a remarkable occasion it might be said that it opened the entryway for another field of research concerning the financial and political transition of former members.About less than two decades after the transformation began the EU deployed eastern Partnership program by the agreement with six member states to facilitate and solidify the process as well as creating strong bridges between EU and the member states.Since the deployment of the project,we observe numerous distinctions among the cases.Some of the members were able to successfully step forward towards the aim what had been created with the creation of the program.In another example,some states still struggle to build up a democratic government and the rule of law.Standards of life and social improvement still look like those of the third world in some nations of the region.This thesis expects to analyze the viability of the project of Eastern Partnership program by regarding each country differs based on some contributing factors such as geographical proximity,the socio-political environment of a given country and their economic potential.
