该文通过定性、定量的分析,建立计量经济模型,得出有效结论,分析了中国有效需求不足的深层次原因,并提出治理中国有效需求不足的对策建议.该文首先对有效需求的范畴体系进行了论述,并提出中国的IS-LM-BP模型,以此作为论文的分析主线.对于有效需求不足的的因,重点论述了以下方面:1、通过建立计量经济模型,运用协整分析方法,得出物价拽数的持续走低、通货紧缩,对有效需求的影响是反方向的,并且是显著的.2、城乡二元结构对有效需求的影响.由于另农村人口数量大,剩余劳动力多以及农产品价格不合理,导致城乡收入差距拉大,农村需求不足是中国有效需求不足的主要原因.3、运用协整分析方法,估计出职国货币需求和货币供给函数,并得出中国货币需求增速加快,货币供应中基础货币是可控的,货币乘数是可预测的,并且目前中国货币供给需要进一步扩大的结论.4、制度变管的因开绿灯.由于中国融资制度失去作用,而新的机制又不能有效的发挥作用,导致国民经济流程发生梗阻,从而使有效需求不足.5、分析了无效供给、社会货币化程度提高、城乡二元纵横驰骋的影响、边际消费倾向化的变化、居民心理预期、缺少一套对企业家进行制度创新和技术创新的激励机制以及国际经济形势等方面对有效需求的影响.
