安吉白茶是一种低温诱导的白化珍稀茶树品种,春季萌发时嫩芽呈浅绿色,当叶片展开呈现“叶白脉绿”的特殊现象,温度升高后叶片逐渐复绿。目前普遍认为:安吉白茶的白化与低温条件下叶绿素合成受阻、叶绿体结构损伤有关。由于安吉白茶产品以其鲜醇的品质深受消费者喜爱,全国多个茶区争相引种,其白化品种特征总体表现稳定,但白化程度和白化持续时间也明显受到引种地区生态环境和水肥管理的影响,同时安吉白茶的“叶白脉绿”白化特征与植物缺铁症状有相似性。为了探明温度和矿质元素对安吉白茶白化和品质生化成分的影响,本文以安吉白茶茶苗为
