随着国家经济的飞速发展,管道天然气全面取代人工煤气,成为市民百姓日常生活的首选。但因天然气管道泄漏而导致爆燃、火灾等重大事故频发,严重威胁到百姓的生命安全和财产损失,社会影响恶劣。本文基于我国城市燃气管道特点,运用模糊综合评价方法对城市天然气管网的风险评价进行深入研究。使用模糊综合评价法确定评价层次结构,建立评价体系,通过综合评价的风险值确定天然气管道的安全隐患处,有针对性地采取措施,同时,也为安全管理提供数据支持。
With the rapid development of the national economy, natural gas pipeline to replace the artificial gas, become the first choice for daily life of citizens. However, frequent leaks caused by natural gas pipeline leaks and fires have posed a serious threat to people’s life safety and property losses, with adverse social impacts. Based on the characteristics of urban gas pipelines in China, this paper conducts an in-depth research on the risk assessment of urban natural gas pipelines by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the evaluation hierarchy, establish the evaluation system, determine the potential safety hazard of natural gas pipeline through the comprehensive evaluation of the risk value, take targeted measures, and provide data support for safety management.
