以中棉所45为背景的海岛棉染色体代换片段的鉴定及纤维产量与品质QTL定位

：

我国陆地棉栽培种遗传基础狭窄,纤维品质及黄萎病抗性不及海岛棉,将海岛棉优异性状基因渐渗到陆地棉栽培种中,对于拓宽陆地棉遗传基础、创造优异种质和改良棉花品种具有重要意义。本研究利用生产上大面积推广种植的陆地棉中棉所45与显性无腺体海岛棉海1通过高代回交、自交,初步构建了渐渗有海岛棉染色体片段的代换系群体,利用SSR标记技术对入选BC_4F_3单株(587个)和BC_4F_3优系单株(186个)2个世
