彩色小麦遗传多样性与籽粒色素含量遗传分析

彩色小麦籽粒中含有大量天然色素。不同粒色的或者相同粒色的彩色小麦的不同品种之间存在差异。本试验研究了红粒小麦籽粒色素含量遗传模式以及18个彩色小麦品种(系)的遗传多样性。获得以下主要结果:1.为保证彩色小麦籽粒的完整性,利用红粒小麦籽粒的色素含量与灰度值的关系,建立两者之间的数学模型。测量彩色小麦籽粒的灰度值,并同时测量相对应的每粒彩色小麦的色素含量。彩色小麦的灰度值与色素含量呈显著负相关,相关系数为-0.540,因此,建立彩色小麦籽粒灰度值与色素含量之间的数学模型为Eg=0.2072-0.
