Nowadays alternative source of energy is to be considered as one of the priority braches of agricultural energy sector.The reason is that agricultural sector is located far from globalization and not at every farm has life conditions related to enough energy.For example,cattle farm,animals need warm at the wintertime.However,not every farm can provide warm conditions and thus decreases the productivity of the farm.This project is about how to provide such places with alternative energy system,how to monitor and control it safely.Everyday our biogas system will process cow mature to generate a biogas that is typically used to generate electricity utilizing an engine-generator system.Electricity produced by engine generators can be used for winter heating systems,hot boilers,absorption chillers and other technologies.As we can see by the result of anaerobic digester systems,farmlands will be provided not only with alternative biogas energy but also will be provided by electricity source as well.Of course,in the wintertime the acceleration of anaerobic digesting will be much more slower than other periods of the year.For this,we will make its own heating system special for wintertime.Heating of its own will be considered as a catalyst system.Catalyst will keep yeasting conditions normally and keep the anaerobic digesting stable during the whole years despite the weather conditions.The main question overall the project is a safety of the construction.Such serious energycarrying object must be strong secured by energy monitoring and controlling equipment.Starting from the pressure and temperature among all over construction,sensors and controllers must be implied.Every single electronic devise will be connected to main computer system.Respectively,our computer system may be connected to Global network system so we can control it online from our main office.This is made for,when in the future we will have more than one such anaerobic digesting systems and they need to be centralized.In order to realize the project,fuzzy logic control panels with open source software used to control biogas plants.For the smooth operation and economic success of biogas plants,Open source automation is focused on long-term availability and continuous improvements.Additionally,if the components could be optimized during operation,that would create an ideal situation.
