With thirty years of reform and opening up, economy is sustained and rapid in China. Tourism has grown substantially, jumping to the first of the big tourism Asian countries. At present, the domestic tourism industry is booming, people travel more convenient at high-speed rail era, it brings opportunities around the tourism and hotel and catering industry. Dezhou lines in Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway lines. For its excellent geographical environment, Dezhou gets unlimited opportunities; it also brings a great challenge. With Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway opening, the daily traffic is up to 16000, and business passengers accounts for 53% according to projections. It is expected, about 8500 people, which is 5% may be settled in Dezhou. The hotel industry which is as an important component of the tourism industry chain in the entire chain has played a very important role, while the rapid development of the tourism industry will promote the hotel industry development trend. Climbing from Dezhou visitor arrivals in recent years, the hotel industry in the coming years will be far difficult to meet the strong demand of the market for accommodation, catering and conferencing markets. In this context, Jinhua hotel project is undoubtedly timely and on the construction necessity, but need to be a financial risk assessment management research, to explore the feasibility of the project.The paper is a research which is financial risk assessment of management research on Dezhou Jinhua Hotel. First it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the financial assessment of the project at home and abroad, and research and summarizes financial risk management theory. On the basis of the theoretical basis of the project financial risk assessment and risk management, it focuses on the project’s financial risk management role and steps such as problem analysis and elaboration. Secondly, using the master project financial management theories and methods of assessment, closely combined with the actual situation of the Dezhou Jinhua Hotel and quantitative analysis point of view, it calculates a variety of financial evaluation indicators of the project, and studies the project’s financial risk through the project and uncertainty analysis. Finally, the paper targets financial risk management strategy according to the causes of the financial risk of Jinhua Hotel project in Dezhou, and provides important guidance recommends that the project construction and management, and it is important reference valuable to operate the project assessment management.
