【摘 要】
：
CD44是介导细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞基质间相互作用的多功能I型跨膜蛋白，被鉴定为癌症干细胞的表面标记，在多种肿瘤的发生、发展和侵袭中发挥重要的作用，与肿瘤的不良预后有关。
