本文所说的“‘中港’关系”是指国家(中国)和其一部分的地域(香港)的关系。虽然“中港”关系日趋紧密,香港的民意调查显示,香港市民对中央政府以及中国内地的情绪正在恶化。笔者认为,其原因与“中港”经济融合所带来的新的问题有关。香港很多人认为,内地富裕人士在港买楼是导致香港楼价上升的原因。内地人购买各种东西虽然对香港经济有很大的贡献,但也对香港市民的生活产生着影响。随着“中港”融合的进展,中央政府在香港政治方面的重要性也正在上升,港人开始认为中央政府有义务解决香港的一些问题,这可能是港人对中央政府信任度下降的原因之一。最近的民意调查显示,香港市民越来越重视民主。香港在经济方面被内地追上,因此部分港人存在着通过强调两地的政治差距来主张香港特色的心理。为了维持良好的“中港”关系,有必要认真研究“中港”融合产生的政治效果。
The “relationship between China and Hong Kong” mentioned in this article refers to the relationship between a country (China) and part of its territory (Hong Kong). Although the relationship between “Hong Kong and China” is getting closer, opinion polls in Hong Kong show that Hong Kong people’s feelings toward the Central Government and the Mainland are deteriorating. The author believes that the reason is related to the new problems brought about by the economic integration of “Hong Kong and China”. Many people in Hong Kong believe that the purchase by HNWIs in the Mainland has caused the rise in property prices in Hong Kong. Although the purchase of various things from the Mainland makes a great contribution to Hong Kong’s economy, it also affects the lives of Hong Kong citizens. With the progress made in the integration of “Hong Kong and China,” the central government’s political importance in Hong Kong is also on the rise. Hong Kong people have come to believe that the Central Government is obligated to solve some of Hong Kong’s problems. This may be a result of the Hong Kong people’s lower trust in the Central Government one of the reasons. A recent opinion poll shows that Hong Kong people pay more and more attention to democracy. Hong Kong has been overtaken by the Mainland economically. Therefore, some Hong Kong people have the psychology of advocating Hong Kong’s character by emphasizing the political gap between the two places. In order to maintain a good “Hong Kong-China” relationship, it is necessary to carefully study the political effects of the “Hong Kong-China” integration.
