在山东农业大学农学试验站试验田上,选用食用型甘薯北京553为试验材料。在施N120kg.hm-2和施N240kg.hm-2两个施氮条件下,研究了喷施0mg.kg-1(M0)、100mg.kg-1(M1)、200mg.kg-1(M2)三个浓度的多效唑处理对甘薯产量和品质形成的影响,并采用生长发育分析、生理生化和酶学研究等方法,从甘薯氮钾元素吸收、氮代谢特性、光合产物生产、淀粉形成特性等方面分析了不同施氮水平下多效唑对甘薯产量和品质形成的调控效应。主要研究结果如下:1不同施氮水平下多效唑对甘薯
