在山东农业大学农学试验站试验田上,选用食用型甘薯北京553为试验材料。在施N120kg.hm-2和施N240kg.hm-2两个施氮条件下,研究了喷施0mg.kg-1(M0)、100mg.kg-1(M1)、200mg.kg-1(M2)三个浓度的多效唑处理对甘薯产量和品质形成的影响,并采用生长发育分析、生理生化和酶学研究等方法,从甘薯氮钾元素吸收、氮代谢特性、光合产物生产、淀粉形成特性等方面分析了不同
