植物在生长发育过程中会受到各种生物的、非生物的环境刺激,Ca~(2+)作为第二信使在其中发挥重要作用。茶树(Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze),原产于热带及亚热带,是一种喜暖喜湿的叶用植物。近年来全球气候变化异常,春茶频繁的遭遇低温灾害,进而造成产量减少、品质下降和上市时间推后等问题,严重影响了春季名优茶的生产和经济效益。与植物抗寒性状有关的基因多种多样,类钙调蛋白基因CsCML21的启动子控制其转录与表达,并参与Ca~(2+)信号转导途径。本文以茶树花粉为材料,利用TAI
