  The development and utilization of cellulose resources has been a hot research at home and abroad.In order to achieve the further use of the potato waste cellulose to achieve the purpose of turning waste into treasure.The experimental laboratory treasures strains of Aspergillus niger UV mutagenesis processing, bacterial suspension placed off 20w UV lamp 30cm irradiation 50min coated on Congo red medium obtained 12 mutant.Strains in wheat bran as a carbon source, NH4SO4 as a nitrogen source in liquid medium fermentation, natural pH, 30 ℃, 180 r/min, breeding one plant cellulose enzyme high yield strain D8, the determination of CMC enzyme activity for 33.7 IU/ml, 3.6 times that of the original strain.Through subculture, this strain proved to have good genetic stability, can be used as one of the potato waste processing strain, can be used for practical production.
