In the late stage of fruit development, pineapple was sprayed with organic-inorganic complex inhibitor, such as Suppressant Black 1 or Suppressant Black 2, to prevent and cure pine black heart disease. The results of two years showed that the control effect of the inhibitor was stable at room temperature after harvest 20 d, compared with the control to reduce the rate of black heart loss reached an extremely significant level
