本文对CCM复合矿物料混凝土应用于京沪高速铁路现浇梁施工建设进行了研究分析。CCM复合掺合料作为一种低活性掺合料,通过物理方式填充混凝土浆体内部空隙,可显著减少用水量,有效提高混凝土早期强度。在标准养护条件下,2d抗压强度即达到30MPa,满足拆模强度的要求,3d可达到50MPa,为解决桥梁施工中因混凝土早期强度提升缓慢而延长工期的难题提供了可行的途径。
In this paper, CCM composite mineral material concrete applied to Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction of cast-in-situ beams were analyzed. As a kind of low activity admixture, CCM composite admixture can physically reduce the amount of water and effectively improve the early strength of concrete by physically filling the gaps in the concrete slurry. Under standard curing conditions, the compressive strength of 2d reaches 30MPa, which meets the requirements of demolding strength and can reach 50MPa in 3d, which provides a feasible way to solve the difficult problem of bridge construction extending the early strength of concrete.
